| I just got back from San Diego for the JVZoo Marketing Mayhem event and it was an absolutely incredible experience.
Nothing compares to collaborating with your peers in a personal setting.
If you didn't get to go, I thought you might benefit from the most powerful things that came to my realization while there.
1. Relationships are the most important part of your business.
Simply put.. as Bill Hugall said.. "That moment you realize that your hero's have become your friends.. priceless."
Enough said.
2. The most successful keep it simple.
It's easy to overcomplicate stuff and even easier to want to add add add more to your business but it only spreads you thin and keeps you from reaching the point of profit.
Start very, very simple. (like write an ebook and build a list). You can then make it more complex as you go along.. AFTER you are bringing a profit.
3. Be Brave.
If you aren't confident in yourself.. no one else will be confident in you either. In reality most people are just as nervous as you.. the successful have just learned to ignore it.
4. You never know who you are talking to.
That pretty much speaks for itself but I can't tell you how many times this weekend I was having a conversation with someone only to find out they are an internet god.
5. Saul Maraney is a freaking MACHINE.
Saul flew all the stinking way from Johannessburg, South Africa. His first stop was in New York where he proceeded to be pushed down a long flight of stairs, dislocating his shoulder and knee completely and stuck in a wheelchair the whole event.
He came from a foreign country, by himself, got crippled.. then immediately flew out to CA, did the whole event and everything.. Now THAT is determination.
I probably would have went back home right away.
But that isn't impressive. What's impressive is that amongst all that, he managed to put together a product and have it ready for you at 1am est tomorrow morning.
This leads to #6.
6. CPA is easy, and making newbies a LOT of money.
Saul & Pedro (Lopez) revealed all to me this weekend and it really blew my mind. These guys are using free traffic to make some nice coin with CPA, something I've never really touched but am about to dive into myself.
They put it all together for you in an easy to digest pdf called CPA Road Map.
They go live tomorrow March 25th at 1am EST (god knows why that early, lol).
