Like it or not we all dance with Google and we all do business with Google. The shitty thing is that Google is a moody bastard. One day she will like us and the other day she will stab us in the back.
Just ask me how many of my sites she buried for the last 6 years. Did it affect my income?

The one secret to building a long-lasting relationship with Google is NOT TO TRUST GOOGLE. (ha, talking about relationship advice...)
I usually have 5 to 10 test websites. With them I go from "spam the shit out of it" to "build one link a week".
I use them to:
- Test linking schemes
- Test link velocity
- Test tier 1 content quality
- Test link volume
What I am trying to say is this:
EVERYTHING IS A TEST
You can't just read about the all new and shiny tiered linkbuilding scheme on Blackhatworld and expect it to work for you.
If you are lucky it will for awhile but if you are not…
Build at least 2 websites and start testing. One test at a time. This is the only way you will know what works and what doesn't.
And the one thing you should test the most is your first tier. Those are the links pointing directly to your money sites.
